5-Minute Face Fix Routine for Better Symmetry
Are you looking for a simple way to improve your facial symmetry? This 5-minute face fix routine from HisDream is easy to follow and can help balance your facial muscles. You can do it every day, and you don’t need any special tools. Just a mirror and your hands!
What’s in the Routine?
- Jaw Opening
Open your mouth wide, like you’re yawning. This helps relax and balance your jaw muscles. Do a few sets. Remember, it should feel natural, not forced.
- Puffy Cheeks
Fill your cheeks with air and move it from side to side. This tones your cheek muscles and helps both sides of your face work together.
- Kiss Face
Pucker your lips as if you are about to kiss someone. Feel the muscles around your mouth working. Do this a few times.
- Palm to Cheek
Press your palm gently against your cheek and drop your lower jaw. This helps stretch and relax your face.
- Neck and Head Stretch
Pull your head gently to one side to stretch your neck. Repeat on the other side. This helps release tension.
- Eye Stretch
Hold the end of your eyes and move them left and right. This relaxes the muscles around your eyes.
- Lips In
Pull your lips into your mouth and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat for another set.
- Neck Back Stretch
Move your neck backward to stretch the front of your neck. Do this gently.
- Forehead Press
Press your fingers on your forehead and open your eyes wide. This prevents wrinkles and works your forehead muscles.
- Temple Press
Put your hands on the sides of your head and drop your lower jaw. Repeat for a good stretch.
- “O” Face and Head Tilt
Make an “O” with your mouth and tilt your head to the side. Repeat on both sides.
- Lip Edge Pull
Pull the edge of your lips down and bend your head to the same side. Repeat on both sides.
- Face Massage
Massage your cheeks and jaw for 40 seconds. Focus on areas that feel tight or sore.
